Company

From military neuroscience to scalable cognitive measurement.

RetinaTek was founded to commercialize RETINA, a patented neurocognitive measurement platform developed through years of military-backed research.

Why RetinaTek exists

Modern medicine can measure heart rhythm, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, and glucose with precision. Cognitive function remains harder to measure objectively, repeatedly, and at scale. RetinaTek was created to close that gap by bringing task-evoked neurocognitive measurement out of the lab and into real-world research, clinical-development, and performance settings.

Co-Founder & Chief Scientific Officer

Mark L. Ettenhofer, PhD

Dr. Ettenhofer is a clinical neuropsychologist and inventor of the RETINA technology. His work focuses on objective measurement of neurocognitive function using eye tracking, pupillometry, and multimodal response metrics, with extensive research in military TBI, concussion, cognitive load, and performance settings.

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Ben Bulloch

Ben leads RetinaTek's commercialization, financing, partnerships, and company operations. He brings more than two decades of experience in complex asset development, capital formation, transaction execution, and strategic partnerships, now focused on scaling RETINA from federally supported research into a commercial neurotechnology platform.

Our mission

To make cognitive function objectively measurable, repeatable, and useful for decisions about readiness, recovery, performance, and brain health.
